Bidirectional Knife Gate Valve

Our Bidirectional Knife Gate Valve is crafted from durable cast iron, available in port sizes ranging from 2" to 24". Ideal for industrial applications, this valve is designed to handle water media with pressure ratings of 150 psi and 300 psi, suitable for normal temperature conditions. The valves bidirectional functionality ensures efficient flow control, making it a reliable choice for various industrial processes.

Features:-

• Full Port Flow Design: - Full port design for greater flow capacity, minimum pressure drop & eliminates turbulence.
• No Internal Cavities: - Sleeve design is eliminates internal seat cavities. Gate banding, failure of valve & many problems occur due to seal cavity.
• Eliminate Gland Packing: - Sleeves are seals against each other so no required any Gland packing.
• No Contact between Valve & Slurry: - Sleeve design completely isolated the valve housing & Gaskets cover the other open metal surface from the slurry flow.
• Bi-Directional: - Due to double sleeves design valve is sealed against line pressure in either direction.
• Less maintenance cost: - As compared others gate valve our valve have not wearing parts. Only elastomer is requiring at the time of maintenance.
• Gate Lubrication System: - Lubrication seal is provided for continues lubrication of gate plate. Seal is full of silicon based lubricant. Gate is passes through the lubricant seal.
